Our Retail Fortune 500 client is looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst with 5 years of experience in a Direct-Hire, REMOTE position, starting this Summer.

This position straddles a strategist and an analyst, focusing on audience planning, strategy, and analysis

The Marketing Analyst partners with the brand, digital strategy, CRM, and media teams to create tactics that align with audience strategy that delivers performance-based outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pull data, analyze user behavior/trends, and/or other critical business metrics (SQL, Google Analytics)
- Utilize BlueConic CDP platform on the daily and would eventually be the product owner
- Handle audience building and management (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and LiveRamp)
- Lead the development of audience-first, go to market communication strategies
- Develop a digital audience by targeting roadmaps in order to evolve audience targeting capabilities
- Help drive personalization and audience segmentation

Marketing Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing, CRM, or media experience
- Proven experience working with CRM data
- 3-5 years of proven ability working with Google Analytics and/or Customer Data Platforms
