Marketing Analyst - WFH during Covid-19

Rate Up to $45/hr. (DOE)
-Lead project management efforts.
-Work closely with our learning management system provider on content integration updates.
-Develop, manage and and prioritize data enhancement requests with our technical team.
-Enhance and help facilitate translation processes between teams to deliver content globally.
-Monitor and share customer insights.
-Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey to better encourage training completion.
-Share findings about the global customer experience based on content engagement data.
-Consolidate customer feedback and package common themes to shape our program roadmap.
-Optimize the overall customer experience.
-Make recommendations on how to handle and minimize the volume of customer inquiries.
-Troubleshoot any unexpected customer escalations such as trouble with training access.
-Seek ongoing feedback from internal teams and vendors to strengthen our program.

-At least five years of work experience working within a marketing organization.
-Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with proven attention to detail.
-Familiar with leveraging data and insights to inform decision making.
-Savvy at tackling issues and providing creative solutions.
-Familiar with educational tools and programs.
