Our well-known health care client seeks a Social Media Manager to assist the team onsite in San Francisco in this 40 hr/week, 3-month freelance opportunity!

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Leading conversation, answering questions, and representing client brand across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, Yelp and more. Will provide first-class customer service and a conversational touch across social channels to build a positive brand experience.
- Manage Social Community Issues inbox to answer customers across multiple channels and build brand loyalty.
- Memorize escalation protocols, submit weekly and monthly status reports, and identify weekly highlights of customer success stories - positive and negative engagements.
- Work with Social Media Specialist, Campaign and Social Strategy teams, to ensure constant communication and participation in opportunity and engagement needs.

The ideal Social Media Manager should possess the following:
- 1+ years customer service/marketing and communications experience in agency or corporate environment.
- Sophisticated knowledge of social media properties - specifically Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Youtube - should know communication best practices across platforms.
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
- Preference given to candidates who have had experience using social media monitoring/engagement tools such as Spredfast, Conversocial, SparkCentral, HootSuite, Sprinklr, etc
