Our client, a major tech company is seeking a Community Specialist to assist their team.

This is a full-time onsite position in San Francisco.

Community Content Specialist Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate postings, edit for clarity and tag to optimize for search (SEO) and support case deflection on Community page.
- Curate technical content for promotion within the Support organization and other publications.
- Collaborate with Community Content team members on initiatives to manage outdated and non-useful content.
- Report bugs as needed on community page.
- Additional community related tasks and projects such as spending time in chat with our customers, learning about common use cases and answering their questions.
- Become a expert via access to training courses, subject matter experts and documentation.

Community Content Specialist Experience:
- Strong interest in technology (understanding of systems administration tasks or data analytics/statistics preferred)
- Relevant community-building experience
- Good written communication
- Good reading comprehension
- Customer oriented
