Our start up lifestyle client needs a Customer Marketing Manager to join their team for a direct hire, full-time role onsite in San Francisco.

This role will be responsible for creating and managing content focused on customer success!

Top responsibilities:
- Serve as customer advocate within the marketing organization, and build relationships with current customers
- Own customer success and sales enablement content development, including hands on creation of how-to videos, webinars, help center content, and more as needed
- Reply to customer ratings and social media inquiries as needed, ensuring that all responses are in line with brand voice
- Other tasks as assigned

Required skills / qualifications for the ideal Customer Marketing Manager:
- In depth experience with customer marketing and support
- Experience with hands on content creation, including light video editing and writing skills
- Ability to work in a startup environment, constantly re-prioritize, and wear many hats!
