Our start up lifestyle client needs a Senior Event / Field Marketing Marketing Manager to join their team for a direct hire, full-time role onsite in San Francisco.

In this exciting opportunity the Senior Event / Field Marketing Marketing Manager will join the growing San Francisco team and will be responsible for managing the client's entire events and field marketing program!

Top responsibilities:
- End to end planning and execution of tradeshows, educational conferences, parties, events, and more!
- Negotiate with conferences and coordinate with all external vendors
- Work closely with influencers in local markets, and manage activation of local marketing campaigns
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to create all necessary content and ensure that marketing campaigns are in line with events goals
- Handle event wrap up, tracking leads and ROI
- Manage interviewing and hiring of additional event / field marketing team members, and mentor new hires

Required skills / qualifications for the ideal Senior Event / Field Marketing Marketing Manager:
- 5+ years of professional experience, with experience managing and mentoring teams
- In-depth experience managing and running all kinds of different events
- Experience in the San Francisco market, paired with the ability to create and build new relationships in the events community
- Ability to work in a start-up environment, constantly re-prioritize, and wear many hats!
