Our Enterprise B2B client is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team onsite in Palo Alto in this full-time role.

Must have experience with Influitive and Reference View in order to be considered!

Responsibilities:
-Own the overall relationship with the customer
-Will be managing, renewing and expanding both small and large global accounts
-Running and building campaigns and managing that on a regular basis
-Work with our Customer Enablement Programs team to drive many-to-one programs
-Build relationships within Enterprise customers to become a trusted advisor, to oversee their adoption, and promote best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on their investment
-Collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint
-Serve as an escalation point for issues that impact the customer’s success
-Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in your account portfolio by networking between customers and partners

Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree
-3-5+ years in a Customer Marketing role
-Field sales experience in SaaS and experience managing an entire sales life-cycle, particularly renewals
-Proven success in exceeding quotas
-Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal/customer relations skills; clear and concise verbal and written communicator; effective in person and by phone

The ideal CRM Manager will also have:
-Familiarity with change management practices, change communications and process re-engineering
-An ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously
-NetSuite ERP experience desired
