Our agency client needs a PR/ Social Media Coordinator to join their team on an ongoing part time basis. This role is onsite in SF with offsite flexibility, 20hrs/week.

In this role the PR/ Social Media Coordinator will work directly with the head of the agency to manage all aspects of running the office, working on creative projects, as well as assisting with social media!

Top responsibilities:
- Schedule calls with the agency's partners and client's across multiple time zones, set agendas, and ensure all appropriate parties are available and prepared
- Create and manage project timelines, creating daily and weekly checklists
- Help define strategy and update the client's various social media sites, primarily Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter
- Manage and update the settings for the client's various accounts, uploading new images, as well as consulting on copy and tags to ensure that they are consistent across platforms
- Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Required skills / qualifications for the ideal Project Coordinator:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be client facing
- Digital savvy, with a strong understanding of social media
- Experience in a small agency or startup is highly preferred!
- Must be a strong problem solver who is able to take any task and come up with creative solutions!
