Our Real Estate client is in need of a Project Coordinator!

This role is 40hrs/week onsite at a big tech company in the Sunnyvale. This role will run through 8/31/2018.

The Project Coordinator responsibilities include:

-Oversee and manage project documentation and coordinate documentation revisions and distributions
-Creating project status reports
-Managing contract administration details including issuing letters of acceptance and regret and updating the tender tracking log

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Associate's Degree (A.A) or equivalent from 2 year college

The successful Project Coordinator has:
-The ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and craft short correspondence
-Strong experience in MS Office suite products
-Proven Organizational Skills
-Multi-tasking skills
