One of the Bay Area's best known search engine giants is seeking a Operations Project Coordinator to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with 3rd party agencies & Google teams on merchandising administrative operations like managing & maintaining merch visit schedules, promotion calendars etc
-Lead localization/customization and deployment of field surveys across countries
-Update and maintain global systems & data management tools with primary data (user lists, store lists, planograms, exceptions)

Do you have?

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in business or related field
- 5 years experience in a global/regional retail systems management
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, field force management, market research project management is a plus
- Project management experience
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Juggle ever-changing priorities and deadlines
- Schedule flexibility

This is an onsite freelance opportunity in Mountain View. Public Transportation accessible via company shuttle.
