One of the Bay Area's best known search engine giants is seeking a CRM Manager to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
- Create customer lifecycle marketing frameworks and strategies to engage and retain Mobile Hardware customers
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement; formulate hypotheses, develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies
- Lead overall project management functions and deliverables for CRM programs and campaigns, including asset management, localization, and legal requirements fulfillment

Do you have?
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, communications
- 5+ years of experience managing CRM for B2C programs (required) with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation and testing strategies
- Mobile hardware marketing experience is a plus
- Prior experience of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, SugarCRM)
- Strategically and analytically capable to match day-to-day execution requirements

Nice to have skills:
- Project management experience in cross-functional teams
- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
