Our hospitality client is looking for a Brand Coordinator to assist the team!

-Support the brand team by managing internal resources and assets such as photo libraries, PPT updates, employee activity calendar
-Creating training materials
-Helping track employee engagement around social responsibility events
-Assisting with scheduling and reports
-Ensuring projects are on schedule

-Bachelor’s degree
-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
-Ability to work under pressure
-Experience with task scheduling and resource assignment
-Experience with project management practices
-Excellent communication skills,internal and client-facing
-MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
-Concur, smartsheet and Adobe Creative Suite is a PLUS
