Our real estate/property management client is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity, starting immediately.

The ideal Digital Marketing Analyst will have Datorama experience and confidence in distilling complex data sets into actionable solutions. They will measure success for marketing campaigns across all digital channels and initiatives for the Consumer Marketing team.

Responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization - keyword expansion, bid optimization, and driving operational improvements
- Provide data-driven recommendations to scale digital marketing channels efficiently
- Design and conduct marketing experiments and run tests for improvements on an ongoing basis
- Manage the day-to-day support of several digital marketing channels
- Solve problems with structured problem solving methods
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills in measuring and reporting on marketing programs and KPIs
- Support planning efforts such as product forecast, NPI ramps, and monthly spend estimates
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support BI and reporting needs
- Work closely with IT for engagements involving data and analytics
- Execute special projects as needed

Qualification include:
- 5+ years of marketing analytics and/or paid media experience
- Bachelors of Science or equivalent; Master's is preferred
- 2+ years experience with Optimizely or other optimization testing tools (Adobe Target, Google Optimize, etc.)
- 1+ years experience with Datorama (Datorama onboarding experience is a plus!)
- Strong understanding of marketing key performance indicators (KPI's) and how they pertain to the success of marketing activities
- Highly quantitative and curious
- Excels in a dynamic, data-driven, hypothesis driven environment
- Confidence with interfacing across technical teams and nontechnical stockholders
- High learning agility and demonstrates ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment
- Data-driven and passionate about number crunching
- Deep working knowledge of paid media platforms, ad trafficking and online tracking mechanisms - Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, UTM tracking, Custom pixel tags, etc.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with various platforms - Tableau, Google Analystics, and Salesforce
- General knowledge of statistical concepts related to A/B and multivariant testing

- Experience in front-end web design and development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery)
- Master's Degree
