Our Fortune 500 Financial Services client is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist with strong project management skills! This role will be 40 hours a week for roughly 18 months.

This role is open to someone FULLY REMOTE, but ideally they would be co-located to Denver, St. Louis, Chicago, Austin or Dallas. This long term opportunity would need someone to work Mountain or CST hours.

Marketing Communications Specialist Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of multiple multi-channel campaigns.
- Working with internal stakeholders to gather information for creative development.
- Ensuring that all compliance approvals are obtained.
- Tracking marketing materials, website projects and communication needs for various partners.
- Submitting marketing/ communication projects to agency partners and overseeing those timelines.
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders and working to solve their problems.
- Jumping in quickly and being able to navigate corporate red tape.
- Managing outside marketing vendors when projects need to be outsourced.

Marketing Communications Specialist Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience
- Experience working with outside vendors and managing creative/ marketing projects
- Bachelor's degree
