Our Client and leader in the workforce solution and eLearning space is looking to hire an eCommerce Manager. This is an Austin based, full-time, hybrid opportunity.

We are seeking an innovative leader to drive the eCommerce product roadmap and be a high-level strategic player focused on the overall success of the platform. The eCommerce Manager will lead the eCommerce marketplace Sales and Marketing teams in growth initiatives, strategy, execution and optimization of the platform. They will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities include:
-Work with with cross-functional teams to develop and execute eCommerce roadmap
-With a customer-first, date-driven approach, develop in-depth understanding of the customer segments to drive ideation and prioritization of the eCommerce experience improvements and identify opportunities for growth
-Drive short and long-term vision, strategy and execution for eCommerce experience
-Research new customer facing technology, opportunities and partnerships
-Work cross-functionally to create marketing campaigns that promote quality traffic and optimize conversions through PPC, SEO, third-party, and email initiatives.
-Drive quarterly planning, budgeting, and forecasting for eCommerce sales and Marketing
-Maintain a high-level understanding of the shifting architecture


Requirements include:
-5+ years experience in eCommerce
-Proven Experience managing cross-functional teams on multiple projects
-Knowledge of traditional eCommerce KPIs
-Ability to clearly define and achieve departmental objectives and develop plans with achievable timelines
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Strong ability to communicate and interact with internal departments, vendors, and clients
-Proven eCommerce project coordination skills with keen attention to detail and stakeholder communication
-Experience and firm understanding of Google Analytics, Excel, and SmartSheets
-A growth mindset, leveraging past learnings and encouraging new ideas
