Our nutrition client is looking for a Director of Acquisition to join their team full-time. This role is fully-remote.

As the Director of Acquisition, you will be working closely with the VP of Digital Media to drive the company's digital acquisition strategy by maximizing online traffic and revenue through Paid Social (Facebook), YouTube, and Paid Search.

Strong leadership, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to own agency relationships are important qualities for the successful candidate to possess.

Director of Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Manage agency partner to effective outcomes by developing and deploying digital acquisition strategies and tactics across Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Display, and SEM/Shopping
- Analyze and measure impact of campaigns by leveraging proprietary data and customer insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to supply agency partner with everything needed to accomplish goals.
- Collaborate with VP of Digital Media to identify channel diversification and scale opportunities and to define and achieve KPIs and spend goals by channel
- Develop and manage paid social budgets. You will deploy a sizable budget to help them grow & run the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Evaluate, coach, and develop internal team of direct/indirect reports and agency partners
- Communicate accurate and timely weekly reports on the performance of channels to the team & wider stakeholders

Director of Acquisition Must Haves:
- Minimum 7 years experience managing agency teams
- Media Agency management experience (managing one or any combination of these groups of channels: Paid Search/Shopping, Display & YouTube, Facebook/Instagram & other paid social channels)
- Direct experience managing paid ads in platform
- Experience managing budgets at scale (either directly or through an agency)
--- Paid Search/Shopping: $500k+ in monthly spend
--- Display/YouTube: $400k+ in monthly spend emphasis on YouTube
--- Facebook/Insta/Paid Social: $700k+ in monthly spend
- Experience working for a D2C or Direct Response oriented company

Director of Acquisition Nice to Haves:
- Experience working within the nutraceutical/supplement industry
