Our large Fortune 500 Financial Services client is looking for an Event Marketing Specialist for a 40 hour a week 1 year contract!

This role ideally will be co-located in Denver or Austin but does allow for Fully Remote work!

The Event Marketing Specialist must have at least 3+ years' experience, bachelor's degree and understand how event marketing plans work.

The Event Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following:

- Developing event campaign materials for events that span in-person, virtual, educational and experiential.
- Planning out the events calendar for each month and each quarter.
- Communicating event campaign schedules and ensuring that internal and external partners are staying on time.
- Managing event campaigns that keep the end customer in mind and brining some trends and strategic ideas to the team on how they can be improved.
- Managing invites, reminders, follow-ups, gifts, RSVP's and ad hoc assets.
- Taking a look at all of the assets and making sure they follow the client's brand standards.
- Creating new process documentation and updating marketing playbooks.
- Ideating on process improvements for the events and internal processes.
