Our large Fortune 500 Financial Services client is looking for a UX Content Strategist with a strong conversation design background to join their team!

This is a fully REMOTE 40 hour a week, 1 year engagement!

The UX Content Strategist must have at least 3+ years' experience working as a UI writer or Content Strategist, a bachelor's degree and ability to show examples of multimodal conversation interfaces!

The UX Content Strategist will be responsible for:
- Working in an environment where you work on iterations of products and work hand-in-hand with researchers, UX designers and developers on a daily basis.
- Creating conversational workflows and strategies based on the user research and data.
- Working together with the UX Design team to flesh out user experiences to provide strong copy support.
- Writing multimodal conversations that ring "client first" and drives the users forward.
- Problem solving and identifying content issues that have come forward.
- Being a participant in user testing and helping bring the findings into the content strategy.

Required Programs:
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in Confluence or Sketch or InVision
