Our tech solutions client is looking for a full time Marketing Automation Manager in the Austin area. The role is currently remote, but will be asked to into the office for team meetings.

The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for owning the company?s marketing automation systems and ensuring the systems are meeting the defined goals. The role focuses on lead acquisition, lead nurturing, and building a revenue pipeline for our global sales teams. The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the SVP of Marketing and business stakeholders to understand and review the marketing lead engine and deliverables for growth
- Identify key metrics, understand the vision and make system, process recommendations to achieve these goals
- Oversee and manage day-to-day marketing automation systems (i.e., Hubspot) to ensure the system is working as designed. Optimize accordingly
- Oversee the marketing database and segmentation strategy to ensure data quality. Work with your colleagues in the marketing team to design and build target audiences and segments to guide campaign and nurture strategy
- Design, monitor, and report on weekly dashboards that detail leads generated, lead quality, lead conversion, and opportunity development
- Deliver quality reporting by collaborating with sales operations teams to ensure the link between Hubspot and Salesforce.com is functioning optimally. Make SFDC recommendations as needed
- Collaborate with marketing teams to discuss lead campaign spend and type and make recommendations on budget allocation to deliver the highest quality leads

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation systems and reporting
- HubSpot experience a must, relevant certifications a must
Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience a must
- Problem solving skills to fine tune automation systems
- Proven ability to implement website chat system to acquire leads is a plus!
- Understanding of how to frame and build the buyer?s journey and customer?s journey a plus!
