Our manufacturing client in the polling/election space is looking for Marketing Coordinator with trade show and event experience. This role is contract to hire.

The Marketing Coordinator will be fully responsible for the management of the company's trade show and event planning. This will include scheduling, budgeting, logistical support, sponsor payment processing, etc. This role will have about 5% of domestic travel a year.

- Work with sales teams on planning for events
- Manage marketing and event collateral
- Manage the company's social media channels
- Day-to-day management of company's website content
- Maintain/update marketing database (Salesforce) as needed
- Assist, as needed, with other Sales, Marketing and other cross-functional initiatives

- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience, preferably in Marketing, Sales or related specialties
- Strong project management skills & experience
- Strong preference for candidates who know or are interested in learning additional technical functions and tools including marketing automation/email system such as Marketo and Adobe Creative Suite for graphics/design
