Our client, a Fortune 500 Financial Services organization, has a great opportunity for a Senior UX Researcher to join a growing UX team!

This role will be 40 hours a week for 12 months. Ideally, candidates will be located in Austin, TX. However, the hiring manager is open to this role being fully remote, and is willing to review resumes outside of Austin.

The Senior UX Researcher must have at least 7+ years' experience, a bachelor's degree and be able to understand how humans interact with technology.

The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for the following:

- Handling quantitative and qualitative research methods like user interviews, journey maps, personas, usability testing, card sorts and surveys.
- Working on a variety of projects at one time and managing against the deadline
- Working with cross-functional teams to provide research on a variety of B2B products
- Presenting research findings to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Conducting user interviews through UserZoom, UserTesting or other platforms
- Conducting usability testing, A/B testing and benchmarketing.
