Our client, an retail eye care company, is looking for a Customer Retention Manager (CRM).

The CRM Manager will lead and direct strategic growth initiatives within CRM team in order to grow customer value. This includes driving the execution of strategic plans. This position will identify, research and analyze potential CRM opportunities for growth and develop CRM strategies to address and capture increased customer share of wallet.

Other responsibilities include:
+ Drive Contact Strategy and CRM optimization efforts
+ Build an effective ongoing multi-channel dialog with customers and prospects by utilizing segmentation, offers, channel delivery, context and campaign storytelling
+ Strategize and establish automated campaigns, new triggers, and lifecycle communications at key points in the customer journey
+ Drive test-and- learn campaigns across consumer touchpoints to enhance contact optimization strategies and overall ROI
+ Onboard and assimilate new-to-file consumers through world-class execution of data hygiene, list management and attrition prevention tactics
+ Lead collaboration and ensures alignment between CRM programs across, merchandising and marketing.
+ Drive Loyalty strategy and integrate Loyalty program within the CRM efforts

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
+ 5+ years Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics experience
+ Experience in leading CRM programs
+ Experience with SFMC or other major marketing cloud
+ Practical experience managing customer driven change programs from concept through to implementation
+ Solid background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
