Our client, a Fortune 500 Financial Services organization, has an exciting opportunity for a Media Coordinator!

This role will be 40 hours a week for roughly 1 year. Currently, this role is work from home until the beginning of 2022. Ideally the client would like to have someone come onsite, but open to the right fully remote candidate.

The Media Coordinator must have at least 2+ years' experience, a bachelor's degree and has worked with outside media vendors.

The Media Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Managing media components around digital, print, audio, TV and online videos with external vendors.
- Managing internal approvals, reviews and changes when it comes to media purchases.
- Managing internal finance tracking for purchases and updating records.
- Working with the internal analytics team to gather reports and measure campaigns.
- Putting together presentations for leadership around key media decisions.
- Working with the various ad agencies/ media companies on getting campaigns created and managing timelines. As well as participating in meetings.
- Helping manage media finances for campaigns and routing for approvals.
- Working across corporate teams such as social, creative and website on various campaign assets.

Program Requirements:
- Microsoft Office- especially strong with Excel!
