Our agency client is looking for a PPC Client Director to join their team fulltime onsite in San Francisco!

PPC Client Director candidates MUST have experience with: paid search (SEM) budgets of $300,000+ in monthly ad spend, and have been client facing.

The primary responsibilities of the PPC Client Director include:
– Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for 2-5 enterprise clients
– Generate and oversee strong revenue growth from client renewals
– Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
– Develop a detailed understanding of clients’ products, industry, marketing goals, and objectives
– Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
– Analyze performance data and KPIs
– Assist with and run advanced trainings on new features and services
– Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents
– Manage the Account Managers & PPC Analysts who will be assisting on your portfolio of clients

Required Experience:
– 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
– 3+ Years of direct paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management
– Strong data analytics and strategy background, including experience using Google Analytics
– Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
– High-level Excel proficiency
– Directly managed paid search budgets of $300,000+ in monthly ad spend
– Experience using Kenshoo or Marin software
– Experience directly managing both B2B and B2C PPC efforts
– Team management experience
