Digital Marketing Manager (B2B, Paid Social) - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our security client is looking for a digital marketing manager!

In this role you will be responsible for:
-Perform account execution and optimization of paid media campaigns to target conversion, acquisition, and ROI goals within given flight
-Provide detailed reporting/analysis on campaign/channel performance, optimization opportunities, key insights, and impact of new audience strategies
-Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
-Manage relationships across multiple teams to ensure meeting of all deadlines and expectations

The ideal digital marketing manager will have:
-2+ years of experience working hands-on in a performance marketing capacity with paid social: LinkedIn (strong knowledge), Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
-Familiarity with direct response campaigns with precise KPIs
-Copywriting and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
-Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc), and ability to report regularly and consistently on campaign metrics
-Google Workspace experience, remote collaboration/comm tools
-B2B or IDaaS industry experience a plus
-Experience with direct ad buys on web properties or ad serving networks outside of Google

This is an offsite project, running for 6+ months, 40 hours per week.
