Marketing Automation Manager (Eloqua) - WFH during Covid-19

Our insurance client is hiring a Marketing Automation Manager to deliver on-brand, and on-strategy content to accelerate leads within Eloqua.

This role is 40 hours per week, for the next 6 months, with the opportunity to convert FTE for the right candidate. It will start offsite, but the team plans to return to the office in Seattle, 3 days a week in November.

As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will:
-Develop, deploy, manager, track and report on automated marketing programs to drive lead conversion base on analytics
-Leverage marketing automation to nurture existing policyholders as well as create lead generation for new opportunities
-Be responsible for database management -- segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, lead management (lead scoring/nurturing), CRM integration
Implement best practices, including guidelines for emails, campaigns and nurture programs
-Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data
-Manage email deliverability (bounce/unsubscribe), database hygiene, subscription management and CAN-SPAM regulations
-Implement testing methodologies (e.g. A/B testing) on email campaign elements to improve conversion rates (CTR, Open, CTOR)

This will be an offsite role, and will transition to an onsite role in Seattle.
