Our client is hiring a Content Writer to join their team, remotely, for 6 months. This will likely extend for the right fit!

The primary function for this role will be to help with a large-scale content migration project.

Responsibilities:
- Help migrate, create, and update customer-facing Help articles on the companies Help Center
- Work to ensure content adheres to the content model, appropriately addresses the customer intent, and accurately reflects the product
- Ensure quality of content by keystroke testing steps, applying the style guide, and following internal publishing model and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Excellent writer and overall communicator
- Experience using data analytics to understand customer needs and shape content strategy
- Min 3 years of writing documentation for enterprise computer software
- Portfolio of samples demonstrating ability to write in a conversational style
- Validated ability to learn software applications quickly and explain them clearly
- Understanding of structured content development and basic HTML
