Our healthcare client is looking for a marketing program manager, working remotely for the foreseeable future. This is a 40 hour/week contract at least through the end of 2021.

We are looking for a candidate who has extensive experience balancing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and has previous Workfront experience.

The marketing program manager will:
- own the end-to-end campaign process including project intake, prioritizing and approving campaigns, quality checking, and monitoring campaign execution across all channels including email, SMS, direct mail, and paid media
- work cross-functionally with campaign managers to execute campaigns
- work with internal and external teams on both data and creative asset readiness, campaign build and execution quality, and campaign performance reviews
- test, troubleshoot, and approve the campaign setup by marketing teams
- build and improve campaign operations with a keen focus on continuous process improvement as a strategic advantage
- document internal procedures, policies, and tutorials
- serve as an in-house CRM expert that can help guide regional teams on best practices across email, SMS, direct mail and paid media

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years experience in leading marketing projects with deep understanding of campaign cycle and roles played by various teams in bringing a campaign to life
- experience with Workfront, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom (or similar)
