Traffic Coordinator (agency experience) - Seattle

Our Seattle-based B2B agency client is looking for a traffic coordinator with strong project management skills!

This is an offsite, remote opportunity for now- 40 hours per week for 6 months. For the right candidate, this opportunity could convert to an FTE position.

Please note: This candidate will be required to go in-office once COVID restrictions are lifted. The company is hoping to be back onsite come Spring 2021. It will just be 1-2 days onsite; the rest remote.

Role summary:
- assigning the right projects to the right people (all projects are digital deliverables)
- you will work with several department to fulfill requests and ensure things flow through these departments on time
- you must keep everything running smoothly, despite the constant changes and demands of the agency
- you will guide people and teams under tight deadlines (while remaining cool under pressure!)
- lead standup meetings wtih creative, data, and strategy teams to manage day-to-day schedules, resource allocations, and project priorities
- help mitigate scope-creep

- 3+ years of experience in an agency setting doing similar work
- experience working with high-volumes of projects and a large set of stakeholders
- experience working in deadline-driven environments
- excellent written + verbal communication skills
- collaborative attitude
- experience with B2B and tech clients is a bonus
