Calling all instructional designers who have experience designing technical documents! Our client in the medical industry is looking for an instructional designer to join their team.

This is a direct-hire role that will be required to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.

The instructional designer will be responsible for:
- Designing content to be used in informational materials for clinical research studies such as brochures, posters, presentations, etc.
- Creating, evaluating, maintaining, and producing effective learning materials using multi-media knowledge, strong communication skills, and usability/accessibility principles
- Demonstrating excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and language usage skills
- Developing and providing support for professional and user-friendly tools, templates, and forms that increase efficiency, consistency, and corporate identity
- Acting as liaison between development team and applicable operations team in the creation of system-related manuals and other training materials
- Ensuring quality standards and consistency in language, visuals, graphics, and format

The instructional designer must have:
- Bachelors degree in a creative or technical field
- Proficiency in software design or technical communication (Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Technical Communication suite, Captivate and RoboHelp)
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 including applying styles, using templates and creating and editing complex documents
- Ability to develop user manuals, instructions, and training documents for specific audiences with conceptual, topic based and reference information
- In depth understand of user experience and accessibility principles
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to learn and teach complex ideas quickly

Experience in the medical industry is a big plus.
