Our retail client is seeking a UX Manager for a full time, onsite opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Relocation assistance is available for this position.

Client is onsite T-Th during the week and work from home Mondays and Fridays.

UX Manager Responsibilities:
- Apply a mobile-first mindset to design
- Leverage analytics, customer feedback and usability testing in order to drive customer-centric design
- Design and present proofs of concept, story boards, product demos and prototypes for future user experience enhancements
- Create and maintain user experience documentation, including site maps, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and style guides
- Help build and grow user experience culture throughout the organization

UX Manager Must Haves:
- 5+ years' experience in UX, UI or Digital Product Design,ideally a senior or lead on these projects
- Technically proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, etc.

UX Manager Nice to Haves:
- Expertise in eCommerce and omni-channel platforms
- Ability to read and understand HTML and CSS
- Experience facilitating design workshops
- UI design experience
- Software: JIRA, Confluence, InVision, Miro
- Experience working in an Agile development environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
