Multimedia Designer - WFH during Covid-19

Our biotech / life science client is looking for a multimedia designer. This role will be 40 hours per week for at least 3-6 months and will convert for the right person.
They are remote during COVID and will eventually be onsite in Seattle, but may still have some remote flexibility.
In this role:
- you will be part of a design team, focusing much of your time on video editing / motion projects
- this will include - taking existing video content - adding text, splicing together, adding 2D animation, etc.
- a smaller part of this role will involve designing for marketing collateral, email, social media, presentations, etc.
- you will report up to a CD
- the client will provide the needed equipment + software
The idea candidate will:
- have 5+ years of experience across video, motion, and visual design
- be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work autonomously (though the team is collaborative)
- have strong written and verbal skills
- have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects, Premiere, and MS Office
- have experience juggling multiple projects at once
Bonus (not required):
- prior life sciences or biotech experience
