Digital Marketing Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our Seattle-based healthcare nonprofit client is looking for a marketing manager to join their team full-time! This role will be remote to start and post-COVID will be onsite in Seattle.

In this role, you will be hands-on, with a focus on generating engaging content across multiple digital channels. This is a new role, as their team grows and they expand their reach to other states and into other verticals. This role will include writing and content creation.

To do this you will:
-Engage in organizational storytelling to further the brand
-Develop and lead strategic multi-channel and social media marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and increase audience engagement 
-Lead content creation using email, social media, blog, website landing pages, video, print collateral etc.
·Write, edit and execute web content
·Collaborate with internal and external partners
·Work with vendors and contractors as needed; 
·Copy edit as needed

The ideal marketing manager will have:
-5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong emphasis on storytelling and content creation
-Strategic communications planning expertise; 
·Strong interest in working for an organization with a social justice mission
-High proficiency  (2 years plus) in several of the following areas: Writing and editing for a public-facing B2C audience;
Hubspot or other marketing automation software; Content creation for blogs, SEO and social media; Email and SMS marketing; SEO; Google Analytics, Analysis of metrics for programs and campaigns

Bonus Skills:
-Bilingual in English/Spanish
-Experience marketing to Black and/or Hispanic audiences
