Sr. Marketing Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our Seattle-based healthcare nonprofit client is looking for a marketing manager to join their team full-time!

In this role, you will manage a small team (2-4 people) and also be hands-on, with a focus on generating engaging content across multiple digital channels. This is a new role, as their team grows and they expand their reach to other states and into other verticals.

To do this you will:
-Develop strategies and best practices to achieve campaign goals
-Establish and improve workflow processes and tools
-Maintain content calendar and content strategy across multiple markets and segments
-Lead the strategy, resource allocation, and implementation across channels including SEO, paid ads, social, content, outreach, and referrals.
-Ensure data tracking and analysis is implemented, monitored and reported
-Maintain marketing dashboard to measure and analyze impact of programs; conduct analysis of marketing strategies and A/B testing outcomes

The ideal marketing manager will have:
-7+ years of experience in communications or marketing with deep experience in 2-3 of the following channels: email, SMS, SEO, paid ads, content creation (blog), or social media
- have experience growing an organization or business
-2+ years of experience in people management
-Demonstrable experience in growth marketing
-High level of experience in content strategy, with familiarity with blog design and implementation and social media.
-Experience successfully managing concurrent projects with multiple customers and stakeholders
-Proficient in the following programs (or equivalent):HubSpot; Social media management platforms; Google Analytics

Bonus Skills:
-Bilingual in English/Spanish
-Experience marketing to Black and/or Hispanic audiences
