Social Media Strategist (B2B) - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our agency client is looking for a senior social media strategist to support their team for approximately 3 months!

In this role, through a blend of strategy and execution, you will serve as a social media subject matter to support the Microsoft team Lead.

This includes:
-Evangelizing the best practices for landing social content
-Educating stakeholders on social KPIs
-Providing direction to vendor staff on community engagement
-Formulating smart and informed points-of-view that help our team continue to drive business impact through social
-Deep diving into existing operations and process to understand inputs/outputs and potential SOP improvements
-Refreshing strategy artifacts such as social media playbooks, governance policies, reporting templates, etc.
-Assisting in driving clarity among internal and external stakeholders on our team’s programing best practices, SLAs, and metrics

The ideal social strategist will have:
-6+ years’ experience in managing social media programs in the B2B technology landscape
-Subject matter expertise in the use of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Spiceworks, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
-Process improvement mindset with the passion to develop strategic process management systems and the aptitude to improve upon existing operations
-The ability to translate topics and data into succinct and effective communications: email, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
-Expert use of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Skype for Business, and Outlook tools
-Strong acumen in social media stack: Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Opal, Simply Measured, among others

This is an offsite project, 40 hours per week, for approximately 3 months.
