Our agency client in San Francisco needs a Director of Digital Advertising to join their team!

This Director will be managing medium to large campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at leading teams focused on SEM, Display and Paid Social at an agency with expertise in marketing operations and agency management but is looking to lead a team by building well-thought-out plans and, equally important, delivering the results to clients.

- Lead account strategy and partner with clients as a consultant
- Launch, manage and strategically optimize paid search campaigns across mostly B2B clients including: Virgin America, Google, Xero, CapitalOne, Salesforce, Cisco, Malwarebytes, Symantc, Neustar, and more

- 6-8 years of experience working with B2B clients in a digital marketing or SEM function
- Skilled at keyword research, writing compelling ad copy, efficiently building out organized campaigns—have an opinion of what else goes on the list of "important SEM qualifications.”
- Experience managing campaigns with $750k - $1MM or higher monthly spend
- Advanced expertise in SEM strategy

NICE TO HAVE: if you've worked in affiliate marketing management or email marketing, understand CAN-SPAM, have helped clients implement Google Analytics, or have other channel experience outside of SEM.

This Director of Digital Advertising role is a full time direct hire position in San Francisco.
