Our internationally based agency client is seeking an Account Executive/ Project Coordinator hybrid to join their team on an ongoing basis!

In this Account Executive/ Project Coordinator hybrid role you will:
* Act as day to day support across a number of accounts, managing requests on a day to day basis.
* Build a long-term relationship with specific clients, understanding their objectives and challenges.
* Work on internal and external project coordination, including management of timings, status, meeting planning and preparation.
* Support client presentation deliverables
* Help to prepare project proposals, clearly detailing activities, deliverables, timings, fees, third party costs and expenses

Please respond with your experience in the following to be considered for this Account Executive/ Project Coordinator hybrid role:
*5+ years experience of supporting branding programs, including experience of working with large blue chip or international clients.

This is an ONSITE role in San Francisco for up to 40 hours per week. You will also need to be available on EST zone to coordinate with the New York creative team.
