Our nonprofit client is hiring a Project / Traffic Coordinator to join their MarComm department!

This is an ONSITE project. We are confirming the hours per week, but we expect it to be around 40-hrs per week.

The Project / Traffic Coordinator will be managing the flow of project requests, assigning available resources, and be a scheduling ninja! The Project / Traffic Coordinator will also maintain all administrative functions for the MarComm department, including but not limited to creative initiatives (content, design, video and web).

The Project / Traffic Coordinator should have:
-3+ years’ experience related to project management and resource scheduling
-Thorough understanding of design and production workflows for both print and digital projects, trafficking/project management, print methods, and current web/digital capabilities
-Strong attention to detail
-Exceptional communicator
