Growth Marketing Manager (Full-Time + Remote) - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our technology client is looking for a growth marketing manager! This is a full-time, direct-hire position which is fully remote.

In this role you will:
- focus on top-of-the-funnel marketing and generating core traffic to their site
- develop and execute on digital marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions
- drive acquisitions with strong partner programs with industry partners, strategic partners, and affiliates
- create, launch, and analyze new programs using organic and paid strategies to drive acquisition and upsell
- conduct market tests including A/B testing new channels, messaging, creative, etc.
- develop and execute strategies to drive new traffic to the site and acquire qualified top of funnel users
- own customer marketing initiatives with a focus on acquisition, conversion, and new revenue

The ideal growth marketing manager will have:
- 5+ years of experience in tech / SaaS
- experience in the prosumer space (candidates with an extensive B2B background will not be a fit)
- experience working with audiences of over 100K users
- experience with organic vs. paid
- expertise in acquisition marketing and proficient at acquiring customers across desktop and mobile
- experience with large-scale audience marketing and segmentation experience for audiences greater than 100k

Below are some questions the client is looking at when considering candidates:
1. What is your experience with large-scale audience marketing and segmentation experience (B2B2C preferred, or B2C) for audiences greater than 100k?
2. Explain examples of integrated marketing campaigns and specific results that moved the business (new users, revenue, engagement, NSAT, etc)
3. Explain examples of site optimization and conversion / funnel / AB testing programs and metrics
4. Have you led marketing programs SaaS or subscription management companies and do you understand standard SaaS metrics

Provide your level of aptitude (none, low, med, high) for the following kinds of tools sets (you do not need to know all, but the client would like a grasp of where you have experience):
