Our client, a retail company is seeking a Social Media Manager to join their team.

This role is full time onsite in Union City.

• Create and execute Social Media strategies
• Develop, execute and optimize a monthly social media content calendar, and manage social media budget
• Identify and engage social media influencers
• Create and manage Social Media giveaways and contests
• Work directly with consumer base and Customer Service department to ensure all social media inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with key stakeholders from Sponsorship to ensure athletes, events and partnerships are supported through relevant channels.
• Manage and share out monthly social media metrics, including awareness, engagement and conversion where applicable.

Must Have:
• 5+ years in a corporate marketing, communications or public relations role,
• Experience managing communities of 500,000+ followers.
• At least 2 years managing robust social media strategies for B2C brands.
• Experience with social analytics tools, ad hoc reporting
• Fluent Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s Degree required
