Marketing Coordinator - WFH Flexible

Our client, a well-known Retailer, has a need for a Marketing Coordinator!

This role is 40 hours a week and could potentially convert for the right fit. This position is WFH flexible.

For this role, the Marketing Coordinator must have at least 2+ years' experience, a Bachelor's Degree and experience on a brand team or eCommerce would be ideal!

The Marketing Content Coordinator will work on the following:
- Owning the company marketing calendar and maintaining it with the most up-to-date information for promotions, inventory levels and launch dates.
- Monitoring and reviewing the content on all of the owned channels, website and application to make sure they are following the calendar.
- Ensuring that all product inventory is monitored on a daily basis and out-of-stock items and new product launches are updated across all channels.
- Taking the content and organizing it, prioritizing it and documenting it for placements across the website, social media, email, in-store materials and other channels.
- Working cross-functionally with the brand team, site merchandising and creative that all content is documented and changes are made if needed.
- Pulling reports from Google Analytics and PowerBI on how the various content pieces performed. Also, taking that data and putting it into recaps or presentations.
- Understanding shopping trends and how that can impact the different content categories.

- Google Analytics
- Airtable and PowerBI would be bonuses!
