Our well-known agency client has a need for a Project Coordinator!

This role will be 40 hours a week for at least 4 months and has the potential to extend.

Currently, the client would like for this person to be local to work ONSITE in Flower Mound for training. After training, the role is work from home.

The Project Coordinator must have at least 2+ years' experience and the ability to manage multiple creative projects.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

- Overseeing that the tactical execution of direct marketing campaigns, print, photography, digital and video assets are being completed.
- Providing status reports and updates to internal partners and client.
- Developing and managing timelines and tasks lists.
- Helping traffic creative and studio projects between client services and the production team.
- Getting project specifications from clients and communicate those to internal teams.
- Reviewing estimates from internal departments and making sure they are accurate.
- Proofreading materials and cross checking for errors.

Program Skills:
- Experience in project management software like Basecamp, Workfront or others.
- Microsoft Office- highly skilled with Outlook and Excel
- Microsoft Teams
