Our national public relations agency client is looking for a REMOTE Editor-In-Chief to join their team FULL-TIME.

A confident communicator and leader, the Editor-In-Chief will lead an integrated team to tell powerful daily stories for the exhilarating and fast-paced online newsroom of a large global brand.

This role is perfect for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, thrives on generating ideas to differentiate a brand and is proactive in their approach.

Editor-In-Chief Responsibilities
• Oversee content strategy of written and visual content
• Provide editorial guidance including approving or editing headlines and copy and any newsroom enhancements
• Own and lead writing style approach and processes for the team to ensure copy voice, tone and style are consistent
• Ensure SEO efficiently and effectively amplifies content
• Identify content insights and measure performance of published content
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other strategists on large-scale integrated campaigns
• Ensure highest quality content and consistent brand
• Contribute to writing pieces as needed

Editor-In-Chief Requirements
• 7+ years digital storytelling in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing complex digital newsrooms or content teams
• Exceptional writing & editing skills (headlines, web, SEO)
• Polished enough to work well with Fortune 15 executives
