Our client is hiring for a Brand Manager to join their growing team, this will be onsite!

What you will be doing as a Brand Manager:
- Must be thoughtful about the customer journey; understand the value of engagement, the customer relationship, and the opportunities that the on-premise and off-premise landscape provides as part of the guest experience.
- Lead support and execution of brand marketing plans, seasonal campaigns and key initiatives for the brand and franchise system.
- Develop creative briefs that lead content creation for PR, social media, non-traditional media, digital menu boards, POP and all other activities that support the marketing plan.
- Lead development and support guidance of local store marketing programs.
- Coordinate execution, in collaboration with Franchise Operators, for New Store Opening marketing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, training and supply chain in development and execution of marketing calendar and testing.
- Contribute to insight generation that guides brand and marketing calendar based on consumer trends, brand performance and product mix.
- Manage the marketing fund, including budgeting, tracking and reporting.
- Develop systems of reporting weekly/monthly of performance of KPIs to inform ongoing marketing strategy.

What you need to know as a Brand Manager:
- 5-7+ years of experience in a marketing role with direct experience in marketing calendar management and local store marketing.
- Prefer Quick service, multi-unit franchise operations, and/or hospitality industry experience.
- Strong ability to build relationships, effectively communicate and positively influence at all levels in a franchise organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and strategically to manage and execute marketing plans.
- Successfully partner with cross-functional teams to manage and execute multiple priorities/projects.
- Proven project management skills with ability to lead, manage outputs and timelines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to motivate, influence, coach and energize others.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and well under pressure; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft computer skills, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, and Yelp.
