Our client, a prominent name in the food / beverage industry, is looking for a CRM Associate Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time basis!

CRM Associate Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sr. Manager and Director of CRM & Loyalty to develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Develop and implement CRM campaigns that drive sales, deliver strategic on brand messaging, and generate awareness of menu offerings
- Execute local market campaigns in service of local store marketing objectives (seasonal menu items, new restaurant opening, etc.)
- Execute push/pull messaging to Rewards members
- Implement SMS messaging strategies to drive membership and engagement
- Report against KPIs and performance targets for campaigns
- Analyze the performance of all campaigns and optimize CRM marketing programs (including supporting wrap reports and larger presentations for senior leadership)
- Collaborate with digital, regional and product marketing teams cross-functionally and coordinate efforts to drive sales
- Implement A/B testing to drive improvement in campaigns and segment-specific marketing plans
- Brainstorm opportunities and develop new, innovative ideas to grow revenue for Gen Z and Millennial segments based on customer dashboard insights
- Stay up to date of email and loyalty marketing trends to drive innovation in the Quick Service/Fast Casual Restaurant industry
- Present key findings of CRM strategies and tactics to key stakeholders across the organization
- Write and edit brand copy

CRM Associate Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of email marketing experience
- Knowledge and prior experience with CRM and database marketing strategies and analytics, campaign management and/or multi-channel CRM
- Experience with multi-channel campaign management tools preferred
- Knowledge of web and campaign analytics preferred
- Ability to clearly present and communicate concepts to all levels of the organization
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to grow and take ownership of key marketing programs and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build working relationships within various departments
- Bachelors degree in communications, business administration, marketing, or related field
