Our client, a large law firm, is looking for a Public Relations Copywriter to join their team on a full-time basis!

PR Copywriter Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and publish written content for marketing materials and digital assets (including: newsletters, op-eds, media alerts, press releases, and content for web/social/email)
- Create initial drafts, gain appropriate approvals, ensure work is accurate and error-free, and then execute publication in collaboration with team members
- Serve as the initial point-of-contact for inbound media inquiries and assist in responding with the head of Marketing. This will include arranging interviews, and preparing short briefs to prepare for discussions with the media
- Work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to create and maintain media contact list, media archive, and master media calendar

PR Copywriter Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience
- Outstanding written communication skills, the ability to write persuasively and accurately and to do so independently and at times under tight timelines
- Strong project management skills, a demonstrated ability to independently track and meet multiple deadlines and prioritize assigned work
- Familiarity with the legal industry or prior experience working for an elected official, campaign, or government office is a plus
