Account Coordinator

Our full service branding agency client is looking for a Account Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis!

Account Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Prepare account management-related documents: meeting agendas, meeting reports, and other client communications
- Document discussions during client meetings and conference calls with clear details and action-items
- Support Account Manager with client communications; gather specs, confirm deadlines, follow up for feedback, etc.
- Oversee the efficient flow of work from account services to creative and production departments
- Create project schedules, tracking and monitoring progress, routing projects
- Handle vendor management (coordinating with photographers, videographers, printers, etc.)

Account Coordinator Requirements:
- +2 years of experience in an agency environment
- Familiarity with project management software (WorkFront/Asana is a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office, especially Word, Powerpoint and Excel
