Our client, a wealth management corporation, is looking for a Instructional Designer to join their team 40hrs/week for approx a year, with possibility of extending.

This Instructional Designer will be responsible for:
- Designer instructor led training programs and design materials; including: participant materials, facilitator guides, job aids, slide decks, and other supporting collateral
- Performing reviews of all deliverables
- Ensuring adherence to style guidelines and Instructional Design leading practices
- Increasing personal knowledge of Instructional Design & Sales methods to increase the effectiveness of all deliverables
- Provide in-depth analysis of data researched
- Selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results
- Developing, implementing and evaluating instructional materials using various delivery channels (e.g., classroom, webinars, eLearning, performance and workflow support)
- Logically organize information, summarizing key business issues into learning examples
- Connecting learning outcomes with business KPIs
- Demonstrating customer and partner focused approach to projects
- Owning assigned tasks from beginning to end, communicating obstacles and engaging in problem-solving/escalation efforts
- Reviewing and completing assignments, understanding how content and materials link together
- Demonstrating knowledge in Kirkpatrick levels of evaluation and creation of assessment strategies for on the job performance
- Linking learning concepts together throughout learning products (from instructor guides to workbooks to PowerPoint slides to job aids)

This Instructional Designer needs:
- BA Instructional Design/Similar or equivalent work experience
- Instructional Design with soft skills training (sales, customer service, coaching)
- Proficient in Articulate360 & Storyline
- Proficient in MS Word / PowerPoint with strong formatting skills
- E-learning and Graphic Design background
- Advanced knowledge of instructional design/development principles and adult methodologies
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to manage projects under deadlines
- Financial Services knowledge preferred but not required
