Our marketing technology company client, awarded one of the Fastest Growing Companies in America, is looking for a PR Manager to join their team, full-time.

Must have previous experience in tech industry, SaaS, or B2B to be considered!

PR Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring the success of a PR program that builds momentum for a growing company
- Write and edit press releases, byline articles, pitches, award submissions, and related content
- Manage third-party PR agency and other external partnerships
- Contribute PR and social content to the company's editorial calendar
- Monitor press coverage and and provide monthly reporting to key stakeholders on the progress and success of the PR program
- Create and execute executive profile building strategies for key execs., including CEO, CMO, and CTO
- Identify key SOV metrics for different industry and competitor terms
- Own and update the Press Release and the News sections of the company website
- Create proactive newsjacking engagements with key publications, conduct regular contact with target media, and ensure prompt response to media requests
- Develop key relationships with both industry and vertical publications to leverage existing content as byline opportunities to increase organic placements
- Build out an influencer relations program. Identify key influencers, develop relationship building and eventually co-marketing plans, and find ways of measuring that make the most sense for overall business goals.
- Act as the company's representative with the media

PR Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or comparable field
- 2+ years' experience in public relations
- Strong writer with the ability to write in different formats - e.g. a social media post to a byline, experience writing in different voices, and creating content under tight deadlines
- Proven experience building communication strategies
- Comfort and familiarity with a fast-paced environment
- A relationship builder, great listener with a positive demeanor and a sense of humor
- An organized self-starter adept at working in a team environment to define new processes and policies.
- Ability to quickly extract, synthesize, and relay key information from multiple sources
- Excellent understanding of modern PR, AR, and social media strategies along with demonstrated success in implementing these techniques.
