Our growing fashion retail client is looking for a eCommerce Director to oversee their creative and marketing operations. This is a fully onsite position in Dallas.

The retail client is seeking a eCommerce Director who will manage a small team, handle digital marketing projects and budgets, create visual elements, and oversee digital marketing campaign reporting and analytics.

eCommerce Director Responsibilities:
- Driving strategy for eCommerce growth and willing to roll up their sleeves and being hands on
- Drive visual elements and campaigns for the brand across traditional and digital channels
- Bring fresh eCommerce and in-store trends to the team
- Manage creative and digital marketing budgets
- Support internal departments with visual communication needs
- Assign creative and digital projects
- Plan strategy, execute ads and monitor digital marketing performance
- Direct and manage photography, graphic design and copywriting efforts
- Oversight of ecommerce website

eCommerce Director Requirements:
- 7+ Years in Creative and Marketing Roles
- Previous Management Experience
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Asana or other project management software
- Google Ads and Google Analytics
- eCommerce, Fashion or Retail Experience preferred
